Many of us have been ignorant of its power and that is why 99 sales are out in the street capturing our attentions. Bhutan Telecom has not done less in seeking our easy buy in. The Topup data package of 99 Ngultrum has been killing customers silently.
Which shopkeeper sincerely return one ngultrum? They just deny it or give you a choclate. Now BTL spreading message of requesting distributors to pay back one ngultrum to customers is so light and in a way inefficient step.
Why can't they make it 50, 100 etc and increase data volume?
